A sweet idea that grew
What started at home has grown into a whole lot of happy
Shana Mallin started Oh Happy Day from a longtime love of making confections. What began as something she did at home for family and friends quickly turned into custom orders—and eventually, a business built around helping people celebrate.
As Oh Happy Day grew, so did the ways people wanted to celebrate. Today, the business goes well beyond hand-dipped chocolates, with custom gifts, party favors, dessert tables and trays, bulk candy, corporate gifting, and sweets for celebrations of every size.
At the heart of it all is the same thing that started it: creativity, attention to detail, and Shana’s genuine excitement for making something special for someone else. If you’ve ever seen her get excited about an idea, you’ve probably heard the signature “Oh Happy Day!” that inspired the company’s name.
