Absolutely. Most of our products are made to order and can be customized for your colors, theme, occasion, logo, monogram, wording, or other special details. The photos throughout our site are examples of what’s possible—you’re not limited to the exact designs shown.

We would love to have at least a month for large orders. While we can move quickly, more time is better, especially for holiday gifting.

Yes, we offer sample tastings for large orders. This can be arranged during our consultation process.

We understand that changes sometimes need to be made. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but this may depend on the production stage of your order.

We are located in Chicago’s northern suburbs and ship throughout the U.S. We also offer local pickup/delivery by arrangement.

Yes, we can accommodate gluten-free and vegan options for an additional cost. We are a nut-free kitchen – no nuts or peanuts are used, but some items are manufactured in a facility that uses nuts.

We offer kosher-style treats; however, our confectionery kitchen is not kosher certified. However, we do offer kosher bulk gummy candy.
